PRAIS launches the “Taste booster” project

On November 28th, 2012, PRAIS Corporate Communications, together with its local partners officially launched the European program “Increase of the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables among vulnerable groups”, under the slogan “Taste booster”. The objectives of the campaign – an initiative of the Directorate General for Health and Consumers within the European Commission – DG Sanco – are the promotion and encouragement of the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables among three socially-vulnerable categories: children, elderly and pregnant women. The pilot project is carried out in the period July 2012 – June 2013 in three countries: Romania (towns of Medgidia and Roman), Bulgaria and Slovakia, being coordinated at European level by LIGARIS Company. In Romania, its management and implementation is coordinated by PRAIS Corporate Communications, by engaging 20 local partners: local authorities and non-governmental organizations from the two towns involved. At the launching event, the 28 journalists that were present participated at a cooking session, with the assistance of a chef.
